BRIEF HISTORY

• Pulse Education Services was established as a Close Corporation on 8th of December 1997 but did not start trading until January 1999.

   

• OUR BEE STATUS

• We have been certified as a Level 1 organisation – the highest possible BEE level.

   

• WHAT WE DO

• Pulse Education Services cc was originally established to publish and  distribute Study Guides in Biology (now Life Sciences)  
• Currently, we publish and supply a wide range of Learning and Teaching Support Materials (LTSMs) for Life Sciences in Grades 10, 11 and 12, based on the Curriculum and Assessment Policy Statements (CAPS). Our LTSMs include:

Teacher’s Guides for use with the Learner’s Textbooks

Study Guides for Learners

Workbooks for Learners

• Our Grade 10, 11 and 12 Life Sciences Learner’s Textbooks and Teacher’s Guides (CAPS) have all been nationally screened and approved. As such, they are all on the National Catalogue and the catalogues of the various provinces.
• Currently, our Grade 10, 11 and 12 Life Sciences Learner’s Textbooks and Teacher’s Guides (CAPS) have a substantial share of the market.
• We also conduct workshops for teachers on various aspects of the Grade 10, 11 and 12 Life Sciences Curriculum.
